HONG KONG September 18, 2009 - Fortinet® - a market-leading network security provider and worldwide leader of unified threat management (UTM) solutions today announced that Erica Liu has been appointed Major Account Manager (MAM). Lius charter is to deepen Fortinets enterprise penetration and provide a high-touch approach to key sales accounts within major industry verticals in the territory.
Prior to joining Fortinet, Liu held a senior sales position at IT-Partners, a key channel system integrator in Hong Kong, successfully driving the promotion of security solutions to major customers. She was also regional product manager with Alcatel and worked in the companys &D centre in Canada for four years. Liu graduated from the Technical University of Nova Scotia in Canada with an honors degree majoring in computer science.
According to Benjamin Teh, regional director for Fortinet Asia South and Hong Kong, ÏI am pleased to welcome Erica onboard.
