Fortinet Grows Australian Presence with New Melbourne Team

Sydney, AUSTALIA, November 27, 2007 - Fortinet - the pioneer and leading provider of unified threat management (UTM) solutions -today announced a further expansion of its Australian presence and the appointment of a manager for the Melbourne team.

Fortinet has rapidly grown their Australian operations in 2007. As part of the expansion, Andrew Dunkin has been appointed as Southern egion sales manager. Mr. Dunkin will be responsible for both business development and managing the daily operations of the Southern egion territory, which includes Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia.

Mr. Dunkin will assist Fortinet's regional channel partners to grow their businesses by offering unified threat management solutions and managed security services. Mr. Dunkin has more than 16 years of IT industry experience and joins Fortinet from Trend Micro, where he was major account manager for the Southern egion.

In addition, Karl Vogel has been appointed as Southern egion sales engineer. Mr. Vogel will be responsible for providing security advice to clients, as well as assisting Fortinet's channel partners in the region. With 12 years of IT industry experience, Mr. Vogel previously worked for Commander as a solutions consultant, and Independent Media Distribution as their security and network manager.
